Founded in 1992 by retail industry veteran, Jim Schaffer, Schaffer Associates was established for the purpose of helping companies develop and implement effective business strategies that enable them to remain successful in an ever-changing marketplace.  The practice is now supported by a number of senior industry professionals from a variety of disciplines who stand ready to assist our clients in a variety of consulting venues addressing organizational strategies and executive search.  

Our services are tailored to the specific needs of our client base, and we accept assignments on a fully or partially retained basis as we concentrate on building an authentic partnership with a select group of companies. As a result, we have been able to maintain the total focus and commitment upon which our clients have come to depend.
