Bob Funderburk

Bob Funderburk has more than ten years of executive search experience; serving clients in the supplier and retail sector of the automotive industry, as well as providing operations, engineering and quality talent to a multitude of regulated industries including food & beverage, medical device and biotechnology. 

 

Before beginning his recruiting career, Bob worked as a Quality Engineer for a world class tier 1 automotive and aerospace manufacturer.  This experience, along with his broad exposure in the executive search business gives Bob a unique perspective into a company’s goals, problems and needs when going through organizational change.  By operating as a strategic advisor and trusted partner; Bob’s works in conjunction with key decision makers of an organization to develop strategies to deliver impact players that truly drive bottom line numbers for his clients.

 

Born and raised in the Carolinas, Bob received his Bachelor of Science degree from East Carolina University and currently resides in Charlotte, NC.
