Brian Howell

Brian Howell has more than five years of experience across multiple industries including both consumer and industrial products.  He has successfully recruited mid to senior level individuals within sporting goods, building materials, outdoor power equipment and energy sectors.  Brian has placed people at mid to senior levels such as: VP, Supply Chain; Director, Product Development; VP, Sales; Business Unit Manager; VP, Marketing, as well as sales / marketing managers and engineering at all levels.

Prior to joining Schaffer Associates, Brian was a leading recruiter with Charlotte-based affiliate of one of the largest recruiting networks in the country.  He was recognized as a top producer and earned the company’s highest honor as a Certified Senior Account Manager. Twice, Brian was named, “Account Executive of the Year,” by leading the office as the top billing recruiter. 

 

Before beginning his recruiting career, Brian had a successful background in corporate marketing in both the healthcare and banking industry.  After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Middle Tennessee State University, he went to work as a Marketing Coordinator for a regional bank in Knoxville, TN.  A Product Manager opportunity brought him to Charlotte, NC where he later became a Marketing Manager for a regional health care company.

Brian lives in a suburb of Charlotte with his wife and two sons.
