Darius Bryant

Darius Bryant currently holds the position of Account Manager with Schaffer Associates, a leading executive search firm that assists clients in a variety of consulting venues, addressing organizational strategies and executive search.  As an Account Manager, Darius has been key in executing talent acquisition and assessment services for clients within the building materials and services industry and is responsible for expanding our broad services to new niche markets.

Darius has over six years with Management Recruiters International, with proven successes in providing talent acquisition services for companies in the Telecommunications, Hotel & Hospitality and Digital Media Space industries with established contacts up to the senior executive level.  Darius has consistently been recognized as a top diversity-focused recruiter and national billing leader since 2004, and he was recognized as MRI’s National Cash-In Leader during a recessive economy (4th Quarter 2008).

Prior to entering the recruiting world, Darius built a successful career with one of the largest grocery retailer-owned cooperatives in the United States with responsibilities in international sales, operations and marketing. This broad experience has enabled him to gain the proper insight necessary to work assignments in sales, marketing, procurement, merchandising and distribution.

 

Recent assignments at Schaffer Associates include Chief Operations Officer, Market Manager, Category Manager, Regional Sales Manager and Director of Building Science.

 

Darius has attended Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA and is a graduate of Middlesex College and Faith International Training School (formerly Advanced Christian Training School - ACTS) in New Jersey. He lives in the suburbs of Charlotte, NC with his wife and 4 children.
