Talent ID Program
To support our clients in identifying those individual contributors
who are important to the success of any organization, the talent ID program is designed specifically to assist when it is not efficient or
practical to conduct an Executive or Management Protocol search. Based
upon receipt of a position description from the client, we employ the strength
of our Research team and the quality of our proprietary databases to identify
a listing of individuals who meet the defined criteria. A Recruiter then
contacts those individuals to determine their level of interest in the
defined opportunity within the designated compensation range, and forwards
the résumés of those expressing initial interest to the client
with the appropriate contact information. From that point forward in the
process, all qualification, recruiting, and reference activities are conducted
by the client.
This process will be conducted on a fixed-fee basis, with advance payment required to initiate the process. In addition, a small success fee will be payable should a candidate be hired from the résumés provided.
Process:
- Professional management by a trained Recruiter who will conduct the candidate identification process according to the client’s specifications.
- Thorough evaluation of the responsibilities, requirements and qualifications initiated with the client to ensure project accuracy.
- Targeted research conducted by the Recruiter to identify candidates interested in and qualified for the defined role.
- Thorough identification and qualification of prospects conducted in our proprietary databases, through our extensive industry network, and other reliable sources relevant to the project.
- Conversations initiated with potential candidates to secure interest in defined opportunity and to secure their résumé for the client.
- Defined objective is to present as many qualified candidate résumés to the client as possible within the 30-day time frame.
Fee Structure:
The Engagement fee for a Talent ID Protocol project will be $4,500 for
up to 30 days of work conducted by a trained Recruiter on one specific
project. Should the client request attention to any one specific project
for more than 30 days, additional sourcing time may be secured for a
reduced fee. There will also be a Success Fee of $1,500 to be paid should
any candidate presented through Talent ID program be hired directly
or indirectly by the client within the first year following the presentation
of the candidate’s résumé. This level of search will
normally be limited to individual contributors within an organization
(e.g. not management positions) whose compensation ranges between $40,000
- $65,000.
