Management Protocol

For management positions and other important positions of responsibility below the officer level, we have developed a program and an expertise that will similarly produce an exceptional slate of qualified candidates for our clients. From the position descriptions provided by the client, our Account Executives employ our comprehensive, broad-based knowledge of the industry and our extensive network of contacts to direct our in-house Research team to identify the universe of talent available for the positions that may be interested, qualified, and relocatable as required. These candidates are then interviewed extensively by telephone, or in person if local, and evaluated in the context of the requirements of the position. As a result of this comprehensive process, detailed outlines of the candidates’ attributes, qualifications, and requirements are prepared and submitted with their résumés. The Account Executives then coordinate all interviews, site visitations, and reference reviews, and help to negotiate all subsequent job offers to bring the project to a satisfactory conclusion.

As with our other alternatives, this process can be conducted in total confidentiality if required. In addition, it may be engaged on a partially retained basis.

Process:
  • Professional management from inception through report date by a dedicated Account Executive.
  • Thorough evaluation of the client’s definition of the responsibilities of the position and the behavioral attributes required.
  • Targeted investigation by our Research team to identify candidates interested in and qualified to be considered for the role.
  • Detailed presentation of the opportunity to prospects by the Account Executive to ensure the highest level of response.
  • Comprehensive interviewing by the Account Executive to narrow the field of candidates to those who best fit the requirements of the search.
  • In depth presentation of pertinent compensation and relocation information for each finalist candidate in addition to their résumés.
  • Total involvement by the Account Executive throughout the process to provide constructive feedback for hiring, onboarding processes.
  • Balanced commitment to both client and candidate to ensure that the project will result in an unqualified “win-win” situation.
Fee Structure:

This search protocol shall be conducted on an exclusive basis, and the client will use no other recruiting source of any kind. For each Management Protocol project, a $4,000 non-refundable Engagement Fee will be due in advance to secure our services. The total fee will equal twenty-five percent (25%) of the candidate’s estimated initial annual gross compensation plus any approved expenses incurred, and credit will be applied for the Engagement Fee paid in advance. For purposes of calculation, gross compensation will be defined as base salary and any guaranteed incentive or bonus payments or inducements afforded to the candidate at time of employment offer.
