• What happens when I send you my resume?

  Your resume is put into a highly specialized, extensive, and confidential database. Your credentials are then circulated to all of the Account Executives to see if there is a match to any search they are working on currently. If there is, you will be contacted for an interview. If not, your resume remains in the Schaffer Associates Search Database where it is multi-coded to ensure quick identification and retrieval when new searches are secured that match your credentials.

• How do I send you my resume?

  You can send us your resume by email, fax, or through our online submission form.

• How much will it cost me?

  All fees are paid by the Client Company, not by the Candidate.

• What kind of confidentiality do you offer?

  Each resume that comes into Schaffer Associates is treated with the highest integrity and confidentiality. Neither the resume, nor the information it contains ever leaves this office without the knowledge and permission of the Candidate.

• Will you send my resume to a company without my knowledge?

  Before sending a resume to a Client Company, the Account Executive will always discuss the opportunity with the Candidate and secure his/her permission.

• How often do I need to call in to make sure you haven’t forgotten about me?

  With the Schaffer Associates Database, you will not be forgotten. This database has been custom designed for our company with the purpose of always having access to every candidate that meets the criteria for any secured Search.

  We have successfully completed search assignments for positions ranging from corporate presidents to mid-level responsibilities.
