one of the world's leading pharmaceutical firms. Mark's experiences in this highly disciplined, customer-focused business sector have prepared him fully to consult with his clients on both executive search and organizational strategies in sales and marketing. In addition, his broad exposure has afforded him the perspective necessary to work successfully on a wide range of assignments in both manufacturing and distribution. Prior to this tenure, Mark gained valued experience in the competitive office equipment industry and as a result, he has developed a high level of expertise in both B2B and B2C selling environments.

As Schaffer Associates' Vice President Business Development, Mark leads the team in new client development while continuing to develop strategies with our existing diverse client base to ensure the highest expectations are met. He assists these clients in a wide variety of search activities ranging from executive level positions to technical manufacturing roles to sales and marketing assignments. Mark has also worked closely with organizational and operations consulting projects that have exposed him to many facets of retail and distribution within the home improvement industry.

Mark has earned his Masters of Business Administration from Wingate University and completed his undergraduate work at Liberty University with a concentration in Marketing.
