To assist in the coordination of a client’s new product introductions or to support the entry of a client into new channels of distribution, Schaffer Associates will coordinate all human resource components for the implementation as follows:

• Definition and development of the organizational structure to best support the effort, based upon research conducted with competitors and "best practices" organizations in the respective industry.
• Implementation of the defined program at both headquarters and field levels, with feedback mechanisms defined to support the management of the process and to ensure success.
