Schaffer Associates History

Our founder, James T. Schaffer, took the first steps towards creating the firm we are today and inaugurated the consultancy in 1992. Jim had a vision for developing an organizational strategy and executive search process yet unseen, a process whose value clients could quickly realize and whose results would not be forgotten. His methods were based on relationships of integrity and ethical, albeit tenacious, investigative techniques. This vision did not emerge from conjecture, but was the result of over 25 years of successful management activities.

Now, we remain led by innovation, compelled by integrity and driven by the pride we take in our work. We know that the service we have developed contributes immeasurably to an organization's viability and health and we are confident of our ability to demonstrate this fact with each activity we undertake.
